It’s always interesting when you operate a sole proprietorship to articulate who you are from a business perspective.
Which pronoun is the right choice?
This is one of the few times you will see me (Elizabeth) use terms such as “me” and “I,” and this is why: Though I operate independently, I never work alone. Anyone who has started a small business knows that though you lead and carry out most of the work, you could never do what you do without the help of a significant network of diverse and talented people.
Graphic designers, cover artists, entrepreneurial coaches, writers, associate editors, family members, friends, bloggers, social media gurus, business schools, writers’ networks nationwide………..all have had a role in the development of Longridge Editors LLC and all continue to be part of its success.
A special “thank you” to Alex Morgado, who is the first person I ever saw take the time to spell out this reality on his own website, Morgado Design.
